The Bonneville Power Administration has named Richard Shaheen as transmission services’ vice president of engineering and technical services, based in Vancouver.
Shaheen, a registered professional engineer in Florida, recently served as senior director for engineering and technical services at Florida Power and Light. BPA provides about 57 percent of Clark Public Utilities’ power. The utility feeds electricity to nearly all Clark County households and businesses, and water to thousands.
