PORTLAND — Because of a power outage in downtown Portland, City Hall and the Portland Building remain closed Tuesday for a second day.
Portland General Electric expects to restore service sometime Tuesday.
Other City buildings are open and functioning as normal.
The outage was caused by a fire early Sunday that damaged underground cables.
