Kripe Realty NW, a residential real estate company, has leased 1,460 square feet in The River Tower at Washington Street and Evergreen Boulevard in Vancouver, from Cana Realty Group. The anticipated move-in is Feb. 1. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant.

VMCO LLC has purchased a two-story office building at 5101 N.E. 82nd Ave., Vancouver, from Vancouver Square at the Mall LLC for $6,200,000. The 29,104-square-foot building is on 1.56 acres. Dean Maldonado of Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Group represented the buyer. Steve Mack, Bob Bernhardt and Mike Jenkins of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the seller.
