Adventist Health’s Northwest Regional Heart Center has unveiled a free, confidential online tool to help people learn the age of their hearts.
The heart assessment provides individuals with information about their heart’s age while generating data about personal risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Heart disease remains the number one killer in the U.S.
The assessment takes a few minutes and walks through simple questions about age, weight, exercise habits and stress levels. It also asks about blood pressure and cholesterol numbers.
The assessment is available on the heart center website, www.nwregionalheart.com.
