WASHINGTON (AP) — Ella Ellis scored 15 points and Kyle Wilson had 14 points to lead Army to a 72-58 win over American University on Saturday.

Josh Herbeck finished with 12 points for the Black Knights (14-13, 7-5 Patriot League), who have won four straight games. Kyle Toth had 11 points.

Army took a 31-28 lead into halftime and built on its margin in the second half. The Black Knights went on a 13-0 run that was capped by Wilson’s jumper with 4:13 left in the second half to give them a 22-point lead — their largest of the game.

American (10-17, 5-7), which has lost two games in a row, pulled no closer than 14 points the rest of the way.

Stephen Lumpkins was the only Eagles player to score in double figures with 10 points. Mike Bersch, Blake Jolivette and John Schoof had nine points apiece.
