Evergreen district sets community school tour

Evergreen Public Schools will host a free public school community tour at 8 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17.

The tour will visit Heritage High School, Covington Middle School, Silver Star Elementary School and one program at the Clark County Skills Center.

Participants will meet at the Clark County Skill Center at 8 a.m., and be bused to the various campuses. The tour ends at 1 p.m., with free food.

Attendees are asked pre-register online at Evergreen Public Schools or call Community Relations at 360-604-4088.

The district will also offer a tour for Spanish speakers on March 6. That tour will visit Evergreen High School, Frontier Middle School, Pioneer Elementary School and the Clark County Skills Center.

The Clark County Skills Center is located at 12200 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver.
