Boys basketball: Kalama 60, King’s Way Christian 28

Jared Shagool scored 17 points to pace the visiting Chinooks, who were in control throughout the 1A Trico League game.

Kalama led by 12 points at halftime and outscored King’s Way 20-6 in the third quarter.

Chris Crenshaw scored 10 points for the Knights, who made 11 of 52 shots from the floor. King’s Way was without Jay Becker due to a broken nose and illness.
