CELTIC CONCERTS to benefit Winter Hospitality Overflow, a ministry for the homeless, will begin Saturday. The Winds and Strings Celtic Band of St. Andrew will play Irish pipes, flutes, whistles, guitars and hammered dulcimers at 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 5607 N.E. Gher Road. A third concert will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 1309 Franklin St. An offering will be taken at all of the concerts.
