About 10,000 items will be available this weekend at what the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Foundation calls its biggest-ever sale of used books.

The sale will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Columbia Room, level 1, of the Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St.

The surplus books culled from the regional library district’s collection include fiction, non-fiction and children’s works.

Hardbacks will be $1 each; paperbacks will be 50 cents each.

Proceeds will benefit the Fort Vancouver Regional Library District’s summer reading program.

Call 360-699-8846 or go to Fort Vancouver Regional Library District for information about the nonprofit foundation.
