Public health seeking award nominations

Clark County Public Health is seeking nominations for the Public Health Community Award.

The award recognizes an individual or organization for outstanding contributions to promoting and protecting community health, according to the health department.

Nominations are due March 29. Forms are available on the public health website, www.clark.wa.gov/public-health. Completed forms can be submitted online, by mail or in person. Details are on the form.

The award will be presented during the Clark County Board of Health meeting at 9 a.m. April 24 at the Public Service Center, 1300 Franklin St.
