Letter: Attitude reveals a lot

In general, I’m not against the idea that Americans should be able to own firearms. Like most Americans, I think we should have a way to keep firearms from emotionally disturbed or mentally unstable people. So it’s ironic that the pro-gun “rights” crowd’s vehemence of their defense of their “right” to carry anything that can kill gives the impression that they’re least likely to handle a weapon responsibly.
