The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington is $3.79, with Vancouver’s price at 1 cent lower than the state average. Motorists in Portland and throughout Oregon both pay an average of $3.77 per gallon.
Washington’s statewide average is 12 cents higher than it was on July 1, 2012, and it is 30 cents higher than the national average.
