Chad Hammerstrom has purchased a 4,720-square-foot retail building at 212 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Lacamas Community Credit Union for $450,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.
