Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

Bank of the Pacific has leased 2,590 square feet of office space from Park Plaza LLC at Park Tower V, 13115 N.E. Fourth St., Suite 130, Vancouver. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the tenant, and Kristin Hammond and John Lee of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord.

Chad Hammerstrom has purchased a 4,720-square-foot retail building at 212 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas, from Lacamas Community Credit Union for $450,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller and Adam Roselli of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the buyer.

City Center Market has leased 1,461 square feet of retail space at Esther Short Commons, 545 W. Eighth St., Suite C, Vancouver. Brett Irons of Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates represented the landlord and the tenant. The anticipated move-in date is Sept. 1.

GILTL LLC, a law firm, has leased 2,675 square feet at AA Suites, 1610 C St., Suite 207, Vancouver, from the Angelo Brothers Partnership. KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the tenant.

H&H Northwest Companies LLC has purchased the former KFC building at 8302 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, from Dickinson Northwest Inc. for $570,000. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the seller.

Starbucks Corp. has leased 2,241 square feet from H&H Mill Plain 12 LLC at 8302 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver. Deborah Ewing of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord and Dan Bozich of Urban Works Real Estate represented the tenant.
