PORTLAND — Police say three people were arrested after shots were fired in northeast Portland, and the gang squad is investigating the disturbance.
Sgt. Pete Simpson says five men were involved Thursday morning, and one fired a gun at an SUV. A woman said her back window was shot out, and neighbors reported people yelling gang names.
The Oregonian reports no guns were recovered.
