Letter: Get serious about the budget

The Columbian
Published: March 6, 2013, 4:00pm

If this administration does not want to cut its spending with this sequester, which is only 2 percent of the budget, exactly when does this administration plan to cut its debt? The budget “can” that’s been kicked down the road is now a barrel. This administration has not had a budget approved, let alone a balanced budget, for the past four years.

Do we expect this nation to pay all its bills with federal reserve “quantitative easing” policies?
