HANOVER, N.H. (AP) — Alex Mitola scored 21 points to lead Dartmouth to a 64-58 victory over Columbia in each team’s regular-season finale Saturday night.

Mitola hit 4 of 6 3-pointers for Dartmouth (9-19, 5-9 Ivy League), which also beat Columbia 60-57 on Feb. 8. Gabas Maldunas, who scored a career-high 28 in the team’s win over Cornell Friday, added 16 points and nine rebounds Saturday. Connor Boehm had 12 points off the bench.

Columbia (12-16, 4-10) led 33-27 at the intermission, but Dartmouth opened the second half with an 11-2 run. After four lead changes, a 6-0 run put the Big Green up 57-52 with 1:47 left and they finished with seven free throws to clinch victory.

Brian Barbour led the Lions with 17 points, making 8 of 8 foul shots. Grant Mullins and Alex Rosenberg each had 13.

Dartmouth shot 54.3 percent (19 of 35) to Columbia’s 34.1 percent (15 of 44).
