TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Cardinals have hired former Jacksonville executive Terry McDonough as eastern regional scout and promoted three others as part of a personnel department restructuring.

The Cardinals promoted Dru Grigson to director of college scouting, Quentin Harris to director of pro scouting and Josh Scobey to pro scout.

Arizona also hired John Mancini as area scout for the Midwest and Debbie Pollom as college scouting coordinator.

McDonough spent the past 10 season with the Jaguars, the final four as director of player personnel. His brother, Ryan, was recently named general manager of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns.

Their late father, Will, was a longtime columnist for the Boston Globe and brother Sean is an announcer for ESPN/ABC.
