CHICAGO (AP) — Jay Cutler is active for the Bears and expected to start at quarterback Sunday for the first time since he injured his groin against Washington on Oct. 20.

Defensive ends Ziggy Ansah of the Lions and Shea McClellin of the Bears are inactive for the key NFC North showdown.

Ansah is out with a left ankle injury and McClellin tweaked a hamstring during practice this week. Ansah has three sacks in his rookie season and McClellin had three sacks in Monday night’s 27-20 victory at Green Bay.

The Lions also are missing starting cornerback Bill Bentley (left knee) and offensive tackle Corey Hilliard (right knee). Quarterback Kellen Moore, wide receiver Nate Burleson, running back Mikel Leshoure and guard Leroy Harris are Detroit’s remaining inactive players for Sunday’s game.

Chicago’s inactive list includes linebacker Lance Briggs.
