Fourth-graders sent well wishes to troops

Washougal — Cape Horn-Skye Elementary School fourth-graders created care packages this month for soldiers overseas, decorating boxes with patriotic messages and filling them with sweets. Briana Kistner packed peanut butter cups in a box for her dad, Kendall Kistner, because they are his favorite and he is out of country on deployment.
