NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Injured Tennessee quarterback Jake Locker says he’s preparing to start Sunday against San Francisco.

The Titans aren’t saying he will, but they’re also not saying he won’t.

Coach Mike Munchak said Thursday the Titans are going to wait and see how Locker feels after a second straight practice before deciding who starts against the 49ers.

Locker has missed two games with a sprained right hip and knee.

He did more Thursday than he did the day before while wearing a brace on his knee. Locker says he’s doing everything he can to be ready to play Sunday.

Munchak says they moved Locker around more Thursday and now must see how the quarterback feels after the extra work before deciding whether he should start instead of Ryan Fitzpatrick.
