GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Tight end Jermichael Finley was taken off the field on a stretcher in the fourth quarter of the Packers game Sunday against the Browns following a late hit by safety Tashaun Gipson.

The team said he had a neck injury but had movement in his extremities.

Finley caught a 10-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers on second-and-7 from the Green Bay 34 with 10:03 left. He lay on his left side after the initial contact, then was seen holding his left arm on the ground.

After being attended to on the field for a few minutes, Finley was seen slightly moving both arms while strapped into the stretcher before being wheeled into the tunnel.

Gipson was whistled for a 15-yard unnecessary roughness penalty on the play. The Packers led 17-6 at the time.
