ATLANTA (AP) — Falcons running back Steven Jackson has left their game against the Rams with a thigh injury and is questionable to return.

Jackson apparently was injured when he scored on an 8-yard touchdown pass from Matt Ryan in the first quarter Sunday. Jackson was escorted to the locker room during the ensuing kickoff.

Atlanta fullback Bradie Ewing also is listed as questionable to return after leaving the field with a shoulder injury in the first quarter.

Rams safety Matt Daniels was carted off the field with his right ankle in a splint and is doubtful to return.

Falcons defensive end Cliff Matthews aggravated a neck injury and was able to walk off the field.
