Letter: With wisdom should come caution

I so enjoyed the Sept. 16 editorial “Voyager: Up, up and away.” It was fabulous. It brought back memories. Sure it was costly, but like the editorial said, the program gave us back more than the cost. It gave the world much in technology, which we are still enjoying. Back then, I was proud to be a part of the big picture.

We need something today that would bring back that same feeling. Today the world is sick, which makes me unhappy. Of course, the space program created some of the symptoms of our sick world.

On the other hand, we can’t put all the blame on technology, but we can blame the wisdom of man.
