Recent commercial real estate transactions as reported by area brokerage firms.

DeGroote Construction has leased 1,200 square feet of warehouse space at 5601 E. 18th St. from 18th Street Holdings LLC. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

NW Association for Blind Athletes has renewed its lease at The 500 Building, 500 W. Eighth St., Vancouver. Terry Phillips of The Phillips Group represented the landlord.

Tetragon LLC, an investment firm, has purchased the Twinstar Credit Union building at 11005 N.E. Fourth Plain Road, Vancouver. The purchase price was $350,000. Pam Lindloff and Jack Gallagher of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented the seller. Brian Sullivan of Coldwell Banker Bain Commercial represented the buyer.

United States Bakery has leased 12,374 square feet of office space at 501 S.E. Columbia Shores Blvd., Suite 900, Vancouver. The company is a major baker of breads and pastries and began relocating its administrative operations from Portland to Vancouver in July. Eric Fuller and KC Fuller of Eric Fuller & Associates represented the landlord.
