Boys basketball: Fort Vancouver 51, Skyview 50

Malachi King’s made a basket from the side with 5 seconds to play and Skyview’s last shot went off the backboard as Fort Vancouver rallied to improve to 4-0.

King finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, seven steals and three assists. Jordan Suell had 17 points, eight rebounds and three steals.

Marcus Lord led Skyview with 20 points and also grabbed six rebounds. Mason Scheidel added 13 points.

Fort Vancouver outrenounded Skyview 37-31, including 18-7 on the offensive boards, and the Trappers made 15 steals.
