The following are local land-use proposals. The city or agency may rate them in three categories: nonsignificant, no environmental impact study needed; nonsignificant, provided proponents meet certain conditions; and significant, requiring an environmental impact study.

Southwest Clean Air Agency

FRUIT VALLEY: NuStar Terminals Service proposes to repurpose existing bulk storage and handling equipment to transport crude oil at 2565 N.W. Harborside Drive, Vancouver. It also proposes to remove four existing storage tanks, install two replacement tanks, and convert an existing storage tank from a fixed-roof configuration to an internal floating roof configuration at 5420 Fruit Valley Road, Vancouver. Environmental impact rating for both proposals: nonsignificant. Comment deadline: Friday.
