Girls basketball: Columbia River 46, Hudson’s Bay 36

Megan Bloom hit a pair of perimeter shots in the fourth quarter to help the Chieftain finish off the visiting Eagles in a 3A Greater St. Helens League game.

Marion Lilly scored 11 points as River (5-6) improved to 2-0 in league play. Teaghan Cowles had seven steals and Kate Kraft had eight rebounds for the Chieftains.

Paris Collins scored 18 points for Hudson’s Bay.
