SEATTLE — The University of Washington and Washington State University are offering more programs for students to earn a degree through online study.
The UW is offering a program for students who have already completed some college. The Seattle Times reports that it had 54 students enrolled this fall in an early childhood education program.
Washington State University has 2,200 students enrolled in its Global Campus online program. It began offering bachelor’s and master’s degree programs entirely online four years ago.
The faculty reviews the programs to make sure they meet university standards.
