Andre Murray had 36 points and 10 assists, Brian Morris added 24 points and 10 rebounds, and Calvin Hampton scored 22 points as the Vancouver Volcanoes opened up an 18-point first-half lead and cruised to a 122-115 win over the Portland Chinooks in International Basketball League play Sunday at Clark College’s O’Connell Center.
With nine rebounds, Hampton just missed a double-double. Murray made half of his 10 attempts from 3-point range.
Jared Cunningham led Portland with 31 points and nine rebounds, and Kevin Ford had 21 points and 16 rebounds.
