The Washington State Governor’s Committee on Disability Issues and Employment is seeking award nominations for employers and individuals who make extra efforts to recruit, hire, promote and retain employees with disabilities.
The two categories of awards are: the Governor’s Employer Awards, presented to up to 10 employers; and the Governor’s Trophy, which honors one individual with a disability who has empowered people with disabilities to succeed in the community and workforce.

Winners will receive the awards at a ceremony in Olympia this fall.
