Student artists from six counties will be recognized at the 2014 Southwest Washington Regional High School Art Show sponsored and hosted by Educational Service District 112, 2500 N.E. 65th Ave.
The opening reception and ceremony presentation is 5 to 7 p.m. today at ESD 112. The gallery opens at 5 p.m. The awards program begins at 6 p.m.
Now in its 41st year, the art show received 239 entries. Sixteen pieces will receive regional awards and will compete at the annual State Superintendent of Public Instruction Art Show in Olympia in April.
