The fourth annual “Women Build” holiday tea, sponsored by Evergreen Habitat for Humanity, is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 6 at the restored Artillery Barracks at historic Fort Vancouver, 600 East Hatheway.

The special guest speaker will be Rekah Strong, vice president of equity and engagement for United Way of the Columbia Willamette, and formerly the chief diversity and inclusion officer for Clark County.
