Letter: CO2 is not a pollutant

The Associated Press news article on the front page of the Oct. 19 Columbian is misleading: “Power plants lead in state greenhouse gas pollution.” The greenhouse gas, CO2, is not a pollutant, no matter how the Environmental Protection Agency designates it.
