Non-league football: Union 24, Curtis 7

Union’s defense held Curtis scoreless until the fourth quarter, and the Titans offense spread the wealth round to get 1 24-7 non-league win on the road.

Quarterback Nolan Henry connected with Gabe Mullins on a 23-yard pass play for Union’s first score in the second quarter.

Jack Bauer’s 33-yard field goal later made it 10-0 at the half.

The third quarter was highlighted by the Titans’ two long scoring plays.

First was Alex Berfanger’s 50-yard TD run, and the next was Caleb Browning’s 61-yard punt return for a score and Union led 24-0.
