• Vancouver-based telecom service provider Integra has made several new executive appointments as a result of its recent formation of Integra Business and Electric Lightwave units. Christopher Camut joins Integra Business on Monday as president. Camut most recently served as CEO of Ajubeo, a Boulder-based IS provider, and holds degrees from the University of Toledo. Scot Oslund joins the company’s Electric Lightwave unit as vice president, premier channel. Oslund has more than 30 years of telecommunications experience, most recently with tw telecom, where he led wholesale and carrier sales. He holds degrees from West Virginia University and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Senior vice president Jason Koenders will head the newly formed office of chief technology officer and will lead Integra’s product development organization.
• Umpqua Bank has recognized Lisa Storaci as a 2014 Elite Construction loan officer, which is awarded to the top construction and renovation loan specialists in the Home Lending Division. Storaci works at Umpqua’s Vancouver office, 1400 Washington St., Suite 200. She has lived in Clark County for 45 years, and worked in the mortgage industry for 19.
• Kim Capeloto has been promoted to executive vice president and chief retail banking officer at Vancouver-based Riverview Community Bank, where he will be responsible for the operation and performance of the banks 17-branch system. Capeloto joined Riverview in 2010 as executive vice president in charge of marketing, operations, technology and public relations, which he will continue to manage.
• U.S. Bank Wealth Management recently recognized Cindy Luckman, senior vice president, managing director, in The Private Client Reserve’s Vancouver market, as a 2014 Annual Reserve Elite award winner at a celebration in San Antonio. The award celebrates outstanding customer service, exceptional leadership and strong overall performance.
