Girls basketball: Stevenson 43, King’s Way Christian 35

Madison Krog had 15 points as Stevenson pulled away in the fourth quarter to win its Trico League opener.

The Bulldogs (2-2) led 30-18 at halftime, but King’s Way rallied to cut the lead to 33-31 by the end of the third quarter.

McKenzie Schaller led King’s Way with 14 points. Madison Veltkamp had four points and seven steals, and MacKenzie Ellertson had four points and 11 rebounds for the Knights (0-3).
