The Camas High School graduate played in all 22 games for the Saints this year and recorded 10 individual shutouts but was part of all 12 team shutouts.

Carter was earlier named First Team All-Conference and Defensive Player of the Year for the Cascade Collegiate Conference.

Carter only allowed 15 goals on the season — 0.69 goals a game — while totaling 76, finishing the season with a record of 14-6-2.

Carter recorded an 0.835 save percentage while holding teams scoreless 11 times this season.
