Boys basketball: Black Hills 26, Woodland 23

T.J. Mickelson hit a 26-footer at the buzzer to take down Woodland in a low-scoring, defensive game at the Yakima SunDome.

Hayden Huddleston scored 12 points to lead Woodland.

Bryce Mulder made a free throw with 12 seconds left to tie the game for Woodland before Mickelson’s game-winner.

Woodland fell to 6-3. The Beavers play next at Kalama on Jan. 6.
