Crashes reported on Interstate 84 in Portland appear to be snarling the traffic in Clark County.
Traffic on Interstate 5 southbound is stop-and-go from the Oregon border to 63rd Street despite there being no reported crashes in Clark County this morning, according to Washington State Department of Transportation and Washington State Patrol dispatchers.
Traffic on Interstate 205 is also heavy and stop-and-go at some points.
Traffic along other arterials, such as state Route 500 and state Highway 14, appear to be alright as of 7 a.m.
At least two crashes have been reported on I-84 this morning, one near I-5 and the other near 33rd Avenue.
