PORTLAND — Tyler Harvey scored 23 points on 7 of 15 shooting from the field and added six rebounds and five assists to lead Eastern Washington to a 92-85 victory over Portland State on Thursday night at the Stott Center.

Parker Kelly finished with 19 points, including 6 of 9 from 3-point range, and Bogdan Bliznyuk had 18 points off the bench for the Eagles (13-4, 4-0 Big Sky Conference).

Eastern Washington was on point offensively for much of the night, shooting 50 percent from the field while hitting 13 3-pointers.

The Eagles had an 11-2 run midway through the first half, and took a 42-29 lead into the break. A Harvey 3-pointer would push their lead to as many as 17 in the second half.

Portland State would chip away late, cutting the lead down to six, but the early deficit was too much.

Gary Winston scored 25 points to lead the Vikings (8-7, 2-3).
