Boys basketball: Skyview 83, Mountain View 51

Marcus Lord scored 10 of his game-high 24 points in the decisive third quarter as the visiting Storm pulled away for the 4A Greater St. Helens League win.

Skyview outscored Mountain View 23-8 in the third quarter, turning a three-point halftime lead into an 18-point advantage.

Tyrone Watson and Darius Watson added 11 points apiece for the Storm (8-6, 3-4 GSHL).

Skyview made 24 of 25 free throws in the game, including 16 of 17 in a close first half. The Storm outscored the Thunder 24-5 from the line.

Jake Ryan made four 3-pointrs and led Mountain View (2-14, 0-8) with 19 points.
