The Clark County council unanimously approved a collective bargaining agreement between Clark County and the Clark County Corrections Officers Guild that includes retroactive payments to former guild members.

The $1,545,420 agreement, which covers 2013 through 2015 because the county and guild were unable to come to an agreement in 2012, covers 2 percent wage increases for all three years, raises based on seniority and changes to the health plan.

The council has been in executive sessions for several weeks for labor negotiations.
