Law enforcement continued to search for a missing Vancouver fisherman Friday, but officials fear he may have drowned in Lacamas Lake.
Marine units from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office as well as the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office searched the lake Friday, where David J. Gleghorn, 68, went fishing around 8 a.m. Wednesday, according to Camas police.
Family members grew concerned around dusk when Gleghorn hadn’t returned home, and they reported him missing that night to Camas police.
Police found Gleghorn’s vehicle parked near the public boat launch on Northwest Leadbetter Road and said there was evidence that his inflatable boat entered the water from that point.
