ST. LOUIS — Post Holdings is consolidating its Post Foods and MOM Brands cereal businesses, with its headquarters to be based in suburban Minneapolis, and closing an office in New Jersey.

MOM Brands’ president Chris Neugent will lead the newly named Post Consumer Brands business, reporting to Rich Koulouris. Koulouris, the former president of food product manufacturer Ralcorp in St. Louis, joined Post Holdings in February and oversees Post Foods Group’s branded cereal and private label retail businesses.

Post, based in suburban St. Louis, whose cereals include Honey Bunches of Oats and Grape-Nuts, said its office in Parsippany, N.J., will close by May 2016.

“This decision will impact approximately 200 employees across the businesses,” Post said in a statement Friday, adding that its offering affected employees severance and transition assistance.
