Letter: Take note of Madore’s actions

The Columbian
Published: May 18, 2015, 5:00pm

I watched a local broadcast of a May 12 C-Tran meeting regarding Councilor David Madore being able to attend an executive board meeting. It was apparent that the majority of the council was not in agreement with Madore on the issue in question, and Madore made a counter-motion to seek his own separate legal counsel from the one that is now contracted by C-Tran, at taxpayer expense.

So, where exactly is this public official’s concern for the general public welfare? It is obvious from his motion, and his behavior overall, that his concerns are not in the public’s best interest. The public must wake up to this.
