Having read three articles in The Columbian newspaper, I have a comment.
Thank you for the excellent example of a kangaroo court. The prosecutor (Columbian) has made its case, (three articles). There being no defense, the judge (editorial) has found the defendant (Port of Vancouver) guilty, and pronounced sentence (immediate resignation). Given the lack of opportunity for a defense, it defines a classic kangaroo court.
I await the defense (Port of Vancouver) to state its case before I decide if they have done wrong. Up until now I felt they were doing a good job. No one really complained until they decided to increase business with an “oil farm.” Then all Hades broke out; just saying.
