A first-half goal was all Seattle Prep needed to beat Columbia River 1-0 in a Class 3A girls soccer state playoff game Wednesday in Seattle.

The win by top-ranked Seattle Prep ended the Chieftains’ season. No other details were reported.

River’s loss left Camas and Ridgefield as the only Clark County teams left in the girls soccer state tournaments.

In the 4A tournament, Camas will travel to play Skyline of Sammamish at 7 p.m. Saturday in a quarterfinal match.

In the 2A quarterfinals, Ridgefield will host Shorecrest of Shoreline at 6 p.m. Saturday. It will be a rematch of last season’s semifinal match won by Shorecrest.
