Clark County Council, District 2: A fundraiser for Chuck Green, a Democrat vying for the District 2 spot on the Clark County council, is set for 5:30 p.m. Monday at Silver Star Elementary School, 10500 N.E. 86th St., Vancouver. Rep. Sharon Wylie, D-Vancouver, and former County Commissioner and state Sen. Craig Pridemore are hosting. Food and drinks will be provided. There is no suggested donation.
