A Vancouver woman accused of viewing and downloading child pornography, some involving infants and toddlers, made a first appearance Tuesday in Clark County Superior Court.

Stacey Lin Dillaman, 38, appeared on suspicion of 10 counts each of possessing depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and dealing in depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

According to a probable cause affidavit, investigators found on her laptop more than 130 images and videos of children younger than 10 — and, in some cases, younger than 2 — being physically and sexually abused.

Between Sept. 19, 2013, and June 2, 2014, a Vancouver Police senior investigator downloaded some of the files from an Internet Protocol address and recognized the images from previous child pornography investigations, court records said. The IP address was traced back to a Vancouver residence.

Officers served a search warrant in July 2014 at Dillaman’s residence and seized her laptop and external hard drive, where they found more images, the affidavit said.

Dillaman allegedly admitted to downloading and saving adult and child pornography on her laptop, according to court records.

During her hearing on Tuesday, Judge Daniel Stahnke appointed defense attorney Todd Pascoe to represent Dillaman.

Her bail was set at $50,000. She is scheduled to be arraigned Oct. 2.
