A new 16,800-square-foot Kaiser Permanente medical facility is proposed near the Vancouver-Camas border in the Fisher’s Landing East neighborhood, according to pre-application documents filed with the city of Vancouver.

The application lists the project name as “Kaiser Permanente Camas,” a single-story medical office that would include 82 parking spaces. The office would be open 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. during standard business days and expect about 80 vehicles per day, the application said.

The 1.77-acre plot is currently owned by iQ Credit Union. Portland firm Anderson Dabrowski Architects will develop the project.
